Berkeley M. Shervin is President & Chief Operating Officer and co-owner of The Wilkes Company. He has been actively engaged in site selection, acquisition, master-planning, financing, and development of commercial real estate development projects for the past forty years. Mr. Shervin has also served as chief executive officer and chief investment officer of a number of affiliated enterprises. He has served as a trustee on a number of boards, including the District of Columbia Building Industry Association, the Kogod School of Business Advisory Board, the National Presbyterian School and St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School. He served as Chairman of the Mount Vernon Triangle Community Improvement District for nearly a decade, where he was actively engaged in the development of a large area of The Triangle. Mr. Shervin has served as a trustee and advisor on investment strategy, finance, and tax matters for individuals, family offices and numerous investment entities.​
Mr. Shervin is a graduate of St. Stephen’s School in Alexandria, Virginia, and The American University.
