Mount Vernon Place, The Wilkes Company and Quadrangle Development Corporation’s master-planned development comprised of ten buildings totaling over two million square feet of office, residential, and retail space.
The Wilkes Company, Quadrangle Development Corporation, and Mount Carmel Baptist Church are developing The Cantata, a 275-unit residential building with ground floor retail currently under construction in Mount Vernon Triangle. Designed by SmithGroup JJR, The Cantata will have views of the Capitol and a host of amenities including a fitness center, rooftop swimming pool and entertainment areas. The development will also include parking for the Church.
