Mount Vernon Place
Located in the heart of the nation’s capital, Mount Vernon Place is a spectacular mixed-use community comprised of ten buildings with approximately 1 million square feet of office and retail space and another 1.1 million square feet of residential space. Master-planned by the The Wilkes Company, Quadrangle Development Corporation, architecture firm Hartman-Cox Associates, and landscape architects Sasaki, Mount Vernon Place includes a series of office buildings and a 1,000-unit residential enclave along Massachusetts Avenue, K, and Third and Fourth Streets. The master plan also includes shops, cafés and finely detailed streetscapes with public art.
