Vice President, Development

 

As Vice President of Development for The Wilkes Company, Ms. Grant manages development and construction activities for new development projects. She is engaged in financial modeling & analysis, project entitlement, underwriting, and the execution of the firm's real estate development plans for its industrial, multi-family, and office projects. 

 

Ms. Grant earned a BA in American Studies from The College of William & Mary and an MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She hails from Massachusetts and has been a resident of Washington, DC since 2010.
